¹ Bow Wow Meow Pet Insurance policyholders get a 10% discount that applies to their second and subsequent Bow Wow Meow Pet Insurance policies only, based on the order that pet details are entered when you obtain a quote, or the order that policies are purchased (if purchased separately) (“Discount”). Discount is applied to your premium at the time of purchasing a second or subsequent policy for an additional pet, when purchased in the same transaction. For existing policyholders that wish to insure an additional pet, please call us on 1800 668 502 for the Discount to apply. Application and order of the Discount is reallocated across remaining policies upon a policy cancellation, where there are two (2) or more active policies. Should a policy(s) be cancelled resulting in only one (1) remaining active policy, the multi-pet discount will cease to apply on the next renewal. ⁴As long as we continue to provide the product, we’ll offer renewal of your policy every year for your pet’s life (subject to the terms and conditions of the policy).

⁵ You may apply for a review of a condition that existed or occurred prior to the commencement date of the first policy period or within an applicable waiting period, if it has been excluded from cover as a pre-existing condition. Whether that is the case will depend on the nature and experience of the condition, and some conditions are eligible for review after an 18-month period – refer to your Policy Booklet for more information, terms and conditions. If you would like us to review whether a Temporary Condition/s which has been subject to the Pre-existing Condition exclusion in your policy remains excluded, you may apply to us to review the Condition. To do so, your Vet will need to certify and provide veterinary records verifying that the Condition remains a Temporary Condition and has not existed, occurred or shown noticeable signs, symptoms or an abnormality for a period of 18 months. The Pre-existing Condition exclusion(s) shall not be deemed to have been lifted unless agreed to by us in writing.
