You may apply for a review of a condition that existed or occurred prior to the commencement date of the first policy period or within an applicable waiting period, if it has been excluded from cover as a pre-existing condition. Whether that is the case will depend on the nature and experience of the condition, and some conditions are eligible for review after an 18-month period – refer to your Policy Booklet for more information, terms and conditions.

# The Cruciate Ligament waiting period may be waived if a Cruciate Ligament Exam Form is completed and signed by your vet on or after the policy commencement date and received within 14 days of the examination date.
