What is Live Vet support?

Instead, with Live Vet support, you have access to trusted vet care online anytime, anywhere, via your phone, tablet or computer. All vets are Australian board-registered with 5+ years of clinical experience who are ready to provide expert veterinary advice within a matter of minutes.

How do I access 24/7 Live Vet support?
Live Vet support is now accessible via your Pet Portal. Once you’ve logged in, simply click on ‘Live vet ’ in the top navigation bar of your Pet Portal and you can connect to an experienced Australian registered vet to help your pet within minutes, via chat or video call online.
