³ Offer only eligible to policy holders who continue to hold their policy after the 21-day cooling off period has ended. Offer also applies each policy year where you change your contact details or your pet’s tag is lost. Limit of one (1) Pet ID Tag per policy year.

⁴ Once your pet is accepted and as long as we continue to provide this product, and you continue to renew your policy without a break, lapse or change in the level of cover, your pet will be covered for eligible vet expenses. Cover is subject to the terms and conditions of the policy for each renewal period. For further details, refer to your PDS.

⁵ You may apply for a review of a condition that existed or occurred prior to the commencement date of the first policy period or within an applicable waiting period, if it has been excluded from cover as a pre-existing condition. Whether that is the case will depend on the nature and experience of the condition, and some conditions are eligible for review after an 18-month period – refer to your Policy Booklet for more information, terms and conditions. If you would like us to review whether a Temporary Condition/s which has been subject to the Pre-existing Condition exclusion in your policy remains excluded, you may apply to us to review the Condition. To do so, your Vet will need to certify and provide veterinary records verifying that the Condition remains a Temporary Condition and has not existed, occurred or shown noticeable signs, symptoms or an abnormality for a period of 18 months. The Pre-existing Condition exclusion(s) shall not be deemed to have been lifted unless agreed to by us in writing.
